SUITE 1

Suite 1 is on the first floor. On the left, as you enter, is the ensuite bathroom with a limestone shower stall. Straight ahead is the sundrenched double bedroom with a desk and a small sofa. To the right up 3 steps with its own door is the second single bedroom with a separate bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Suite 1 has a total area of 56 m2, a small balcony with a breakfast table, and three sleeps.
SUITE 2

Next door to Suites 1 & 2 is Suites 3 and 4. Suite 2 is underneath and is at 75 m2. It includes a large double bedroom with bookcases and a desk. To the right, up 3 steps, is an impressive bathroom with twin vanities and sinks, a marble shower and WC stalls, and a vast Boffi bathtub. Suite 2 also has a spacious terrace for sunbathing, a dining table, and two sleeps.
SUITE 3

Next door to Suites 1 & 2 is Suites 3 and 4. You enter through a courtyard, which can be shared by Suites 1 & 2, with a delightful dining area and icemaker. You enter Suites 3 and 4 through a living room with a sofa and table, a full pantry with a hob, a food warming drawer, and a half refrigerator. To the left is Suite 3 at 48 m2 which boasts a sunny double bedroom with an expansive marble desk, a spacious bathroom with twin marble sinks and vanities, WC and shower stalls, and spacious hanging closets.
SUITE 4

Next door to Suites 1 & 2 is Suites 3 and 4. You enter through a courtyard, which can be shared by Suites 1 & 2, with a delightful dining area and icemaker. You enter Suites 3 and 4 through a living room with a sofa and table, a full pantry with a hob, a food warming drawer, and a half refrigerator. To the right, you enter Suite 4 through its roomy walk-in closet area and through the bathroom, which has twin sinks and vanities and marble WC and shower stalls. From there you move into the double bedroom with its wooden desk and a large private courtyard. Suite 4 measures 42 m2.
THE BUNGALOW

The flagship suite is called the Bungalow. It was initially a modest stone shelter built for shepherds and has been enlarged and transformed into a fabulous 3-room suite of 120 m2. All the balcony doors are able to be opened from inside and out allowing a great flow in the space. Once you park your car at the entrance pergola, you enter from the principle balcony door into the living room with a wood burning fireplace. The guest WC, sleek pantry, and bar counter are to the right. To the left is the double bedroom and beyond that a vast bathroom with brushed marble WC and shower stalls, 2 large vanities with basins with colossal counter space and 2 spacious open closets. There is also a large white Boffi bathtub with views onto the terrace. The terrace has sunbathing areas and a shaded pergola for outdoor dining. The Bungalow sleeps two.
What makes these properties unique is the proximity and use of the Clubhouse. This building of 200 m2, all on one floor, a two-minute walk away, offers a state-of-the-art home cinema, a professional range kitchen in a courtyard, a display kitchen where breakfast is served, three guest WCs, a mini football table, a ping pong table, and a basketball court.
