White Bay Villa is an extraordinary villa of unique subterranean architectural concepts and minimalist style décor with wooden elements, whose construction was completed in 2019. Due to its distinctive design, every property room faces the western Aegean Sea and enjoys impressive unobstructed sea sunset views. It may comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests and is situated close to Mykonos center (Chora) but in an exceptionally private and quiet location in Tourlos, overlooking Agios Stefanos bay.
The villa comprises the main house and the guest house and features five bedrooms, one assisting bedroom, five bathrooms, one guest WC, and one gym WC.
The main house hosts the main interior living and dining spaces, four en suite bedrooms (one of which is the master), the open plan kitchen space with its large cooking/food preparation areas, the wine room, and the gym. The independent guest house consists of a large apartment with a double bed, a living room area with a small kitchen, and a sofa that turns into a double bed and two bathrooms. The space may be separated into two different rooms according to the guests' wishes, each with its bed (one of which is the sofa) and a separate bathroom. All villa's bedrooms have sea sunset views and are open to their private patios.
The spacious outdoor deck (approximately 500 sq. m.) features a 20x4 m. private Infinity pool, which overlooks the Aegean Sea, the dining and BBQ area, the outdoor Home Cinema, and multiple sitting and lounge areas all around the property where guests can relax together or independently.
